Santino is the main developer of URUBIT. He had already created a Game Dev studio called “CodahGames” in the past. The young coder accepted the challenge that started out as an experiment to show his friends; creating his own cryptocurrency.
Santino’s friend, Facundo is a connoisseur of the cryptocurrency market. He joined the team as an investor and marketing manager. He was very helpful due to his good abilities to promote and design new products, while Santino was the head developer of the app and the token.
For URUBIT founders, the main idea was to focus on creating a helpful and liable platform where everyone could invest and learn about cryptocurrencies.
Before developing the idea, the team had to find a utility and a good purpose for the token, so they decided to create its own wallet called U-Wallet.
After weeks of hard work and dedication, they finally gathered the necessary amount of money to launch their own cryptocurrency, URUBIT.
The launch took place on a very well-known and legit ICO platform called DxSale.
Luckily, the presale was a success and in less than 30 minutes the project reached its settled hard cap and the next step was to launch the token in PancakeSwap!
U-WALLET
U-Wallet is a fundamental pillar of URUBIT because it differentiates it from any other altcoins that are not released with their own wallet.
U-Wallet gives you the opportunity to trade and receive digital assets with the lowest gas fees while you can enjoy of a good-looking user interface. The application is currently available on Google Play Store and the team is currently planning on deploying it into the IOS App store.
The app also has an integrated WEB3 Browser inside the application, which gives the ability to users to navigate through all their favorite DApps like PancakeSwap, BakkerySwap or Venus in only one click, using the WalletConnect system of the app.
URUBIT (started as a challenge, now seen as a promising project)
URUBIT already has its own use cases in Uruguay, the team has already settled some collaborations with multiple local stores to accept URUBIT as a payment method and U-Wallet as a professional tool.
The ambition of the team is to join efforts with ventures and businesses using URUBIT as a payment method.
